Returns Policy

This policy is only valid for Online Purchases through www.vooray.com.au.

For all other purchases of VOORAY products through a Retail Store please refer to the store of purchase for their Shipping and Returns Policy.

Australia & New Zealand Customers 

We hope you love your VOORAY but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return with our 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags still attached.  

Refunds or Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product or return it for a full refund, please follow the below steps:

Email us at info@vooray.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Current Shipping Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Confirmation that item is in unused condition with original tags attached
  • Request for either exchange or refund.

We will respond within 2 business working days with confirmation whether the products can be accepted for a return or refund. We will then issue a Return Authorisation Number and delivery address to then send the product back at your own cost.

In order to receive a full refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received to our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back into your account.

Defective Replacements

If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please follow the below steps:

Email us at info@vooray.com.au with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Current Shipping Address
  • Pictures of the issue
  • Whether you would like a replacement of the exact item, or if you'd like to apply the same dollar amount towards a different product.

We will respond within 2 business working days and if the product is deemed faulty we will replace the defective product free of charge or process a credit.
